When I first came to Gold’s I was brand new to the area. I had lifted in college with my friends but I wasn’t getting the results like I wanted. I looked into getting a personal trainer and thats when I met Paul. We sat down and I told him that I was only in Georgia for 6 weeks. We found an affordable solution to the limited time I had. Before I committed, Paul suggested we do a trial workout session to see how I like it and where I was at. We did a multitude of workouts covering the whole body. I couldn’t believe how sore I was at the end of the 30 minutes. I used to workout for an hour and a half and not get that sore. I knew this was perfect for me knew that, with Paul ill be able to really push myself during the workout sessions. My goal was to gain more body mass and gain weight. Paul came up with a specialized meal plan and told me what I should and shouldn’t be eating. In the 3 sessions a week for 5 weeks that I worked out with Paul I gained nearly 10 lbs of muscle and increased my max weight for every muscle group by 20-30lbs. I couldn’t believe the results and neither can my friends. They all ask me, “What workouts did your trainer give you?” “What did he tell you to eat?” I thoroughly enjoyed working out with Paul and can’t thank him enough for what I’ve accomplished in such a short amount of time.
